Thunderbolt Mods List: Updated 4/7/2011

Here is a list of Mods that are available for the Thunderbolt. Each mod links to the thread for the mod with instructions and files.
Some of the items listed here are not for the novice user. Please don't install these mods on your device unless you are familiar with how they work and how to install/uninstall them. We make no guarantees concerning these mods, we are simply just passing along the information. Please know that if you install these mods you do so at your own risk.

Thunderbolt Mods

Add Radio Info to Wireless Settings: this mod will allow you to add the radio info (phone info) to your wireless settings menu for ease of toggling 4G service.

Advanced Power Options: this mod will allow you to add several advanced options to your shutdown menu.

AppPickerWidget: group your widgets by packages when picking a widget for the homescreen. Note: currently this works on alternate launchers only.

Better GPS: this mod allows you to improve the reliability of your GPS

Enhanced Browser: this mod will free your browser from the 4 page limit.

Flash 10.2 Working HULU: watch HULU on your T-bolt

Power Control Widgets: put power controls in your notification bar, port from Galaxy S phones.

Remove Sense Lock Screen: replace the Sense lock screen with ASOP Android lock screen.

sd Speed increase: speed up your sd card.

There was a MOD or app for the DX called AppWidgetPicker which would combine all widgets sizes of the same widget into just the name of the widget. So far I think I've only seen it included in 1 ROM... can't remember which one. Anyways, it's a VERY aesthetically pleasing thing when adding widgets! If this could somehow be incorporated into all other ROMs or if a MOD is available... can we get it in here?

Thought I tried installing it separately and it didn't work but I don't remember what version I have. Will have to try the most recent one posted on XDA.

Mount System to RW, using root explorer move or copy into system/app and make sure permissions match other apks in the folder. Reboot and use, but apparently only in alternate launchers as of now. I use LPP when I want a change from Sense. Just verified that it works on TB.
