Verizon Throttling some 4G-LTE users?

here are some facts from personal experience.

i've used 126gb(mostly hot spot) over a weekend in march. my bill in april looked like any previous bill. i was not getting throttled and still isn't throttled. and for those that don't believe me here is screenshot of my vzw account...

"In their eyes"... counts for nothing legally speaking. They have no legal recourse until they add that policy in writing to their Terms of Service agreement.

You mean, like the following:

Yeah that pretty much sums it up. You folks that are using huge amount of data are only going to make it expensive for the rest of us.

Can anyone tell me if the vzw hotspot is no longer free on any tbolt? Still use it (native app) with no problems for our home internet. No 126 gig, but it's mostly my wife playing mahjongg. Wouldn't they somehow put a stop to our hotspot if they wanted to?

It seems to be like the updates. They don't get everyone at once, but eventually they will shut it off.
