Why does handscent lag when typing and force close so much?

Drives me nuts........locks the whole phone up. Any ideas?

Mine doesn't do that. Try going in manage applications and clear the cache

Did that earlier...slow slow typing still

Try clearing the cache on whatever app you are typing in.

Its mainly handsent but it does it on all of them. Phone is slow period. Dleted my task killer and turned phone off, pulled battery.....tried everything I know.

Have you tried a different keyboard

Nah, i just whatever keyboard pops up when i open the handsent app or any app

How many messages do you have stored? You can try clearing data under messages and I'm as well.

Correct. It seems when you have over 800 or so it causes problems
