Calling problem

Sometimes, on calls involving other Verizon mobile phones, I can hear the other party perfectly but they can't hear me at all. Calling back may work, or not. Is anyone else experiencing this? (I'm hoping that it's something that can be addressed in an OTA update, rather than the probable reset or swap involving half a day to reconfigure the phone.)

I'm not sure. However, I personally don't experience any problems with my Tbolt to other vZW phones. My gf has a Dinc from VZW and we've never had any problems with dropped or unheard calls. Have you talked to VZW yet?

My wife has my old Dinc and has had no problems what so ever......

Haven't talked to VZW yet, believing that it will ultimately lead where I don't want to go. However, if I'm the only one having the issue, I'll have to, but I at least wanted to give the forum a chance first.

hey sorry its a little late to reply but they told me it was a problem with the 4g...it was some lady who had no idea what she was talking about though so ill probably go back

I visited vzw today, and their fix is to pull the battery (soft reset). I was told that others have this problem, as well, and that it will be addressed in an ota update, although not necessarily the one currently rolling out.

hmmm i visited verizon again today and as soon as i told the guy about the phone calls he ordered me a new phone
