Cannot switch to Disk Drive when plugging in USB (rooted)

When I plug in the USB to my PC, it does not give me the option of changing it to disk drive therefore I cannot view my SD card contents and connot flash a new ROM, theme, etc. I tried looking through settings but I cannot find anything.
Oh, I'm running liquid thunderbread by the way.

Download directly through the phones browser, flash the new rom, and see if it fixes it.

Or, when you're connected via USB, there will be an USB icon at the top left of the screen. Drag down the bar, tap on the USB notification, and you can change the setting from there.
