    Exclamation Boot Loop

I went to the Verizon store and they couldn't help me.

When it goes into the loop I have to keep pulling the battery until it finally shows loads this can take about 30 minutes

This is the only screen that keeps restarting:

From that to black and some vibrations in the middle and it just keeps restarting in a loop.

Random things can initiate the boot loop. For example, when I plug it in USB and then unplug the boot loop will initiate.

I tried to do a Factory data reset, but whenever I click it says Rebooting and when it starts up it goes back into loop.

My phone used to be rooted, but not anymore since I took it to the store. Its on stock software S-ON. My next upgrade is in 4 months and I don't want to be the whole summer with a broken phone.

I will appreciate any help and suggestions!

Not any help to you but I am in the same position as you right now except I can not get the S-off off since my phone won't get recognized by the computer when I plug in the USB cable. It will charge it but it won't recognize it. I have been searching several forums for any help and can't find anything. My upgrade is in 4 months as well and I have a old pos phone that I am not happy with. I'll let you know if I find a fix for mine so you can try it. What build are you on now?

I am on the latest stock, I updated. Seems to help performance, but not the boot itself. The way I got S-ON was just to keep trying plugging it in, do it lightly too. Took maybe 10, 20 tries. Then when I finally got it to load a disk drive I used the thunderbolt tool to remove root. On the FAQ of this forum it says it's a broken emcc chip. I am thinking about upgrading to Galaxy S3, which is a great phone, turns out it's more like 5 months to wait.
