[Deal Alert] Amazon Wireless Now Selling HTC ThunderBolt For Just $179.99

Talk about a steal of a deal right there. Who wouldn’t jump all over an HTC Thunderbolt for $179 on contract? The sale starts tonight at midnight.

If you go through Verizon it will cost you $249.99 on a 2 yr. contract, $319.99 on a 1 yr. contract and $599 w/o contract.

Hey, I'm new to all this phone stuff so I have a question
Currently me, my mom, dad, and grandma have a family account. We have unlimited texting and 1400 minutes, do I just select "None, pay per use" on the text messaging part? Or do I have to choose the other if I want texting, because I don't see an unlimited texting, only to other verizon carriers, so I am a bit confused on this :P Sorry for the trouble, thanks for the answer

Amazing deal for those who can take advantage. My wife wants an iPhone4 which they don't sell, and I'm going to try to work the 1 year contract which I hear can only go on through Verizon cooperate.

Hmm, have you ever gone over your texting limit before? If not, I wouldn't change anything.

That was the way I operated - pay as you go - for the first few months I had my first android phone (the D1), figuring that *I* am no fan of texting, why pay for something I'd never use. Unfortunately though, most of my friends ARE fans of texting, and that resulted in me getting charged more than the minimum Verizon charges. I think for like $5.00, you can handle up to 250 free texts per month, and it's money well spent.
