Stuck in Hboot screen with security warning at top

I rooted the thunderbolt yesterday no problems. I flashed liquid smoke 2.5 and wound up not having any service. I had backuped everything before I did this. But when I was trying to look to boot the phone back into recovery I couldn't find how to do. So before reading about the new radio files I tried going back and starting the root process all over again. Now I am stuck at this screen and downloaded the pmg file onto my computer and I have a card reader but I cant figure out how to get the file onto the sd card from the computer. Am I like totally screwed or is there hope?

Try flashing this and see if you get going......
