Is your phone still under warranty?

Thanks, I wish it was under better circumstances. Probably not, I bought it in Apr last year. If it makes any difference, I am not rooted or any of that stuff too.

Yeah I wish I know what was wrong too. I just know it happened after the automatic update last week. Is there a way to go back to the previous update?

Yes but it will wipe all your data.

Lol, what data! I did the factory reset like 5 times already and forgot to save my contacts, opps, so the only thing that was saved was my pictures. So I am all ears

Oh haha alright
You could flash an RUU and it might help, it replaces every file on your phone with the 2.11.605.9 versions

I'm having the same problem since the recent 2.11.605.19 update. Seems like I can pull the battery out, then after boot, I can use all of the screen for about 5-10 minutes before I lose functionally of the right side in portrait. I have a stock setup and haven't dropped the phone. So far I'm trying to remove as many apps as I can, but haven't figured out what is causing this yet.

I was able to solve my problem by doing the Verizon/Thunderbolt hard reset that involved erasing my phone's data. When the phone came back up, I no longer had the problem with the right side of my screen.

Update: After a couple of hours, my problem came back. I tried to do the hard reset again, hoping I could narrow the problem down to a bad app, but after the second hard reset, I still have problems with the screen. I'm thinking this is a hardware problem at this point.
