How to ask for help from the Rescue Squad

This Rescue Squad Help Section has been established to provide you with an easy way to seek help with your Thunderbolt. In an effort to provide you with the quickest most accurate service, we would like to ask that you follow these simple guidelines when seeking guidance.
    • Please post all requests for help in the Rescue Squad Help Section.
    • When requesting help on a new issue, please start a new thread.
    • Please state a summary of your issue in the title of your post.
    • In your post, please include the following information:
      • Are you Rooted or Stock?
      • If rooted: What Rom are you on?
      • Explanation of what your issue is or what you are trying to accomplish.
      • What have you done to get to the point where you are now?
    • If you need immediate assistance please feel free to pm one of the Rescue Squad Members. However, we ask that in you post your question here in the public forums and pm the RS member the link to your thread. This way everyone can benefit from your question and our answers.
In order to make it easier to handle your request, and easier for others to find answers to their problems, we ask that you please do not crosspost requests for help in the other sections of the forum. This will eliminate confusion on everyone's part and provide the most concise information on specific issues in one location.

Remember, we are here because we want to help you! Please do not hesitate to call on us for any issues that you may be having.

    Thanks
    Your Thunderbolt Rescue Squad Team
