Used App HTC Thunderbolt Restore....Now Stuck in Hboot with security warning.
Im sorry if this has been solved already but i cant seem to be able to find the answer. Here is my problem. I have the HTC Thunderbolt that i downgraded then used revolutionary to root. was running icebean and was loving it but the USB quit working on the phone. I had verizon send me a replacement and they want this one back. Normally i would just unroot using the methods posted here but since the USB does not work i couldnt. I did a google search and found an app called HTC Thunderbolt Restore in the market. The reviews were all good so i went ahead and spent the 2$ and let it do its thing. Now im stuck in hboot with a security warning.

I have tried downloading multiple PG05IMG files that were supposed to fix this but when i put it on the SD card and turn the phone on and go into bootloader it scans for the PG05DIAG and PG05IMG and says NO IMAGE OR WRONG IMAGE....
Please keep in mind that USB does NOT work....thats the reason im sending the phone back..
Thanks in advance for any help.
PS...Ive read that flashing a SIGNED RUU will fix this issue but i cant find a link to download one...multiupload being dead and that seems to be where everything was stored...also i dont know if this will fix this issue or not since it doesnt even try to load a PG05IMG in bootloader...it just says NO IMAGE OR WRONG IMAGE...

I have made sure it is named correctly, even made windows show extensions to double check...ive done this on other phones and it worked perfectly but its not wanting to read the PG05IMG file for some reason.

Solved!!
Thanks so much for all the help! Using a different SD card finally worked..I pulled the SD card out of my replacement phone and used it and it found the IMG no problem. Also i dont know if this makes a difference but i also made sure i charged the phone to 100% before trying again. Between those 2 things it all worked great.
I dont know how to mark this as SOLVED but i am now 100% back to stock and everything is working perfectly.
Thanks again for all the help!!!
