    ooooooh. Well i just tried that and a box pops up and it says " The program cant start because AdbWinApi.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

    Alright, i think I have it figured out.

    Run the thunderbolt tool, and when you get to the main menu, close it. Then try rev.

    EDIT: Yep i have confirmed that it is fixed.

    it keeps freezing up when it says rebooting to fastboot

    I dont know, it just isnt doing anything on the phone or the computer. I never had a problem with rooting before, i dont know why all the issues now. Im fed up with it, im heading to bed. Ill mess with it tomorrow. I really do appreciate all your help.
