the little orange light just kept blinking and it wouldn't stay lit need help fast

so i took my thunderbolt camping and it died so i put in my backpack 1 day later i put it to charge the little orange light just kept blinking and it wouldn't stay lit so i tried a nother charger and it still didn't work so i don't know whats wrong with it so i really need some help thank you

How long did you let it blink? Sometimes when it's been dead for a while it will blink till it gets a little charge. Try pulling battery and charge again.

i charged it for about an hour and nothing and i already took out the battery and still nothing

and it gets hot after a while

I'd say try a different battery, otherwise sounds like a hardware issue.

how can you tell if its a hardware problem

My phone did something similar. Couldn't get the battery to charge so I switched to a 2nd battery that I had as a spare and it charged fine. May need to take it to a store and see if they have a test battery around to try first.
