Help Please! S-ON and root but need stock

I need help! I've been having service problems with my phone (no data but im connected to 4G) so i just want to go back to stock locked bootloader and S-ON but while i was running the ALL-IN-ONE tool I found on the droidforums site to unroot, my phone must have disconnected for my computer. so now i have S-ON running cyanogen mod with root access and an "unlocked" bootloader

All i want is a locked bootloader, S-ON and stock ROM just like it was out of the box. any help is greatly appreciated thank you!

What sort of problems are you having? I wonder if it is the same sort of issue that I am having...
