Cant Get Past White HTC Screen

I have tried a few things first being I wiped my sdcard clean.
then tried the All in One tool. I only get 4 options on this tool so I tried the root with s-off because it says my phone isn't rooted. When it gets to the rev. part it says hboot unknow and stops.
The Next thing I tried was to download and run RUU_Mecha_VERIZON_WWE_1.05.605.0_Radio_1.07.00.010 8r_NV_8K_1.38_9K_1.54_release_166255_signed. this gets to a point and reboots the phone and says waiting for bootloader and never reconnects. i have also tried the how to unroot in this thread Thunderbolt Root/Unroot Thread - Android Forums

The phone has been warrantied but i dont want to send this one back in the shape it is because if they check it I will have to pay full retail for the replacement phone.

Have you tried an RUU in zip form?
