    Software for installing ROMS

    I've looked at two different sets of instructions for installing ROMs. One says to use ROM Manager, the other says to use Titanium Backup. Is there a difference between the two? Will either work and get the same job done? I really hope this isn't one of those holy war questions (aka. pc vs. apple, linux vs. windows).

    I don't know how you use Titanium Backup to install a Rom. You will use Rom Manager to flash ClockworkMod Recovery. It is within this recovery that you install your Roms. Rom manager will just automate the process. Titanium Backup is used to backup your apps and system settings so that you can restore them once you install your Rom.
