    Workout thread

    So I now most of us here are android nerds flexing our cellphone muscle around the office. But do any of you work out or diet? As for me I am on week 10 of P90x and been dieting since Dec.26 last year. Started out at 225 in Dec. And now I weigh 183. That's right 42 pounds so far and still going. I like P90x as it kicks my ...... Butt every morning. So what do you do run,bike,lift, etc

    Re-starting the 100 pushups in 10 minutes thing, then going to switch over to P90X.

    I've been loaned p90x by a friend but haven't started it yet. I'm athletic but extremely out of shape right now, and worry about the time constraint - what is it, 1.5 hours or so every morning? Need to start something for sure...

    1-1.5 per workout. Try Googling 100 pushups in 10 minutes.

    I work out 30 mins on a treadmill and 20 mins on an elliptical 5 days/week.

    At 4am, I am almost back to the Indiana state line. I drive from Terre Haute to Doolittle, Mo and back every night.

    4 am = wake up 1 severing of jack3d
    4:30 = workout
    5:45 = or right after work out 1 serving BSN cellmass (30 cal)
    6:15 = Bsn Syntha 6 (200 cal)
    6:20 = Leave for work
    7:00 = work
    9:00 = BSN lean desert protien (150 cal)
    noon = lunch meat,veggie,protein bar, fruit, (500 cal)
    3:00 = jerky (120 cal)
    5:00 = off work
    6:00 = dinner meat, two veggies, carb (600ish cal)
    8:00 = 16 oz glass Soy chocolate milk than bed (220 cal)
    8-9:00 = bed
